We, the students of the Capoeira School Forca Natural, train hard in the top floor of the legendary Dance Hall Lutakko. We practice all the capoeira styles, with the adequate technique-, music-, acrobatics- and conditioning training. We demonstrate our skills in local festivals throughout the year, but performances are not our main concern and mostly we just enjoy what we're doing! We welcome everyone, no matter the age, the size, former experience of sports etc. Come get some!

Training begins...
- The advanced start training on the 15th of August
- The beginners strat training on the 22nd of August
- The university course, in cooperation with the university sports, starts early in September. People participating in the course will train with the beginners. The course will last until the middle of autumn term, after which we'll organize part two –course for those eager to continue training. Participation will happen through university's Wilma-system. More information will be given in the university sports- webpages and in Wilma.

The timetables:

- 20.00-21.30 on Mondays: advanced training
- 20.00-21.30 on Tuesdays: beginners/university course training, music training for the advanced
- 20.00-21.30 on Wednesdays: advanced training
- 20.00-21.30 on Thursdays: beginners/university course training
- 16.00-17.30 on Saturdays: training for everyone
