Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art, where different kicks, dodges and acrobatics are combined with Afro-Brazilian music into a dance like movement. Capoeira is many-sided and suits people of different age, size and fitness levels. Please bring t-shirt, comfortable pants and a water bottle. You may train in indoor shoes or barefoot.
In first five weeks we'll go through more basic aspects of capoeira to ease beginners to come familiar with the basic elements of capoeira. We recommend regular training especially at the beginning of the season, so that your body gets used to moving in a new way.
