Força Natural Oulu is organizing a weekend beginner capoeira course.
The beginner course introduces the fundamentals of capoeira, including movements, music, and the game itself. Please bring workout clothes, a water bottle, and light indoor shoes (or you can practice barefoot). Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of age, background, or physical fitness level.

After the course, you can join our weekly capoeira classes: Tuesdays 17:30–19:30 and Sundays 12:00–14:00 at Kisakenttä Daycare, Koskitie 9, 90500 Oulu.
An intensive beginner's course will also be held in November (Nov 13–15) at Lintulampi School.
