Welcome to enjoy capoeira!
Our classes include all aspects of capoeira, including attack and defence, beauty of movement, music, physical exercise and most importantly the game of capoeira. All classes are open for all levels.
Course for beginners and advanced, adults and teens starts on Tuesday 18.8. 18:00. Course lasts until Thursday 17.12. and costs 60€ and 40€ for additional members of the same family. Please bring t-shirt comfortable pants and a water bottle. You may train in indoor shoes or barefoot. Last half hour of every calss is music training.
In first five weeks we'll go through more basic aspects of capoeira to ease beginners to come familiar with the basic elements of capoeira. We recommend regular training especially at the beginning of the season, so that your body gets used to moving in a new way.
