Welcome to enjoy capoeira!

Capoeira is a Brazilian game-like, social martial art, where different kicks, dodges and even acrobatics are combined with Afro-Brazilian music into dance like movement. Capoeira is many-sided and suits people of differing age, size and fitness. 

Our classes include all aspects of capoeira, including beauty of movement, music, physical exercise and most importantly the game of capoeira. Class is open for all levels. Course for adults and teens is now open.

 

Beginner course for Autumn Season 2026

We'll have a four class beginners course before the start of the Autumn season in Nekalab. We'll get to know a little bit about capoeira movements, movement language, music and the game. Take with you indoor shoes or bare feet, comfortable exersice clothes, drinking bottle and a curious mind.
