A volta que mundo deu, a volta que mundo dá

As the old season draws to a close and a new one begins, I want to share some of the capoeira insights and techniques I gathered during my travels over the past year.
From Tampere, Milan, Brighton, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Uberlandia to Alto Paraíso—plus training and *roda* experience with *Capoeira de Angola* mestres in Rome—I’ve built up a wealth of experience to carry me into the winter season.

This three-hour mini-workshop, grounded in traditional Capoeira de Angola, includes fundamental training, some storytelling and background context, and, of course, plenty of roda de capoeira.

The bateria plays throughout the workshop, so minor injuries or pregnancy won't prevent you from participating. Just come along!
