Capoeira – The Joy of Movement and Community!

The students of Capoeira Força Natural Helsinki train in the welcoming neighbourhoods of Oulunkylä and Pihlajamäki, both easily accessible by public transport. Our focus is on the capoeira de Angola style, combining technique, music, acrobatics, and strength training. Everyone is warmly invited to join us, regardless of age or prior experience. Welcome!

Capoeira-opetusta Kauhavan alueella ja lähiseudulla (Lapua, Seinäjoki).

Capoeiran peruskurssi alkaa Kauhavalla syksyllä, mikäli osallistujia on tarpeeksi. Mahdollista järjestää myös capoeiran esittelytunteja koulujen liikuntaryhmille, tai hieman erilaisempaa toimintaa firman tyky-päiville.

We train capoeira movements, music and acrobatics under the supervision of trained teachers who will take into consideration everyone's level. You do not need any previous experience in dance, music or martial arts, and our trainings suit anyone regardles of age, size or fitness level.

New courses start every semester, but you can begin at any point of the season. If you feel like starting capoeira in the middle of the season, please contact our teachers or just show up at training.

SAMBA BATUCADA

Our capoeira group has also samba music players from Bloco Cafezinho. Our teacher and bateria leader is named Olli Reijonen is a long term samba music player and plays old-school samba. Come to check us out free and after that 5€ / for every lesson you participate.
